UPC +3 Years: A view on European Patent Litigation

The next edition of the seminar series dedicated to the Unified Patent Court (UPC), jointly organized by LES Italy, LES France, and LES Germany, will take place on 18 May at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office in Munich.

Three years after the UPC became operational, the event will bring together UPC judges and members of national judiciaries, along with leading representatives from industry, to discuss the most recent developments within the system. The seminar will also offer a comparative perspective on the requirement of inventive step, a discussion of industry experiences, and an informal conversation (“fireside chat”) focused on the Enforcement Directive.
