Russell Levine is a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago where he has spent his entire 38+ year career. He focuses his practice on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation matters, and disputes involving and related to technology transfer and patent license agreements. He’s a Certified Licensing Professional and his practice includes structuring and negotiating both licensing-in and licensing-out transactions. He currently is a member of the Board of LES International and a Past-President of LES (USA and Canada). His “Top 10 Court Decisions of the Year” workshop at the LES Annual Meeting, and at the AUTM Annual Meeting, is consistently standing room only.
Jenny Wilson is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis’ Technology and IP Transactions in London, and is experienced in advising clients on the complex IP, information technology and data protection issues that arise in corporate transactions. Jenny previously worked as an in-house IP lawyer with Virgin Enterprises Limited, where she worked closely with the brand and investment teams in overseeing the protection and licensing of the Virgin brand internationally across Virgin’s diverse portfolio of companies.
Corina Demeter-Olive is an associate in the Technology and IP Transactions team at Kirkland & Ellis, in London. Corina advises clients on the IP, IT and privacy aspects of corporate transactions, as well as various IP and technology licensing and transfer matters.
Stephen Coudounaris is also an associate in Kirkland & Ellis’ Technology and IP Transactions team in London. Stephen similarly advises clients on the full spectrum of IP, IT and data privacy elements of complex corporate transactions and other commercial arrangements, including IP and technology licensing matters.
