SUMMARY:TTBER 2026 Reloaded: Le nuove regole antitrust per gli accordi di licenza tecnologica tra innovazione e concorrenza
DESCRIPTION:Milano\, 29 ottobre 2026 \nA conclusione dell’Assemblea Annuale di LES Italia\, si terrà il tradizionale incontro-dibattito aperto a tutti che quest’anno analizzerà il nuovo Regolamento UE di esenzione per categoria nel settore del trasferimento di tecnologia (TTBER 2026\, Reg. UE 2026/877) e delle relative linee guida della Commissione europea\, entrati in vigore il 1° maggio 2026 in sostituzione del previgente TTBER 2014. \nIl convegno affronterà le principali novità del nuovo quadro normativo attraverso tre relazioni: \n\nuna ricognizione giuridica d’insieme del TTBER 2026 e delle sue modifiche sistematiche (safe harbour\, restrizioni fondamentali\, raccordi con il VBER);\nun’analisi degli aspetti economici collegati alla valutazione degli accordi di trasferimento di tecnologia;\nun approfondimento sulla nuova disciplina del data licensing – introdotta per la prima volta nelle linee guida 2026 – con le relative implicazioni pratiche per le imprese dell’economia digitale.\n\nIl convegno si concluderà con una tavola rotonda che vedrà la partecipazione dei relatori e di accademici del Politecnico di Milano\, tra cui il l Technology Transfer Office (TTO).
