SUMMARY:Design protection and enforcement via copyright
DESCRIPTION:Milano\, 30 novembre 2026 \nIl prossimo 30 novembre\, presso il Politecnico di Milano\, LES Italia porterà sul tavolo uno dei temi più attuali e dibattuti del diritto della proprietà intellettuale: la protezione del design attraverso il copyright\, alla luce della recente decisione della Corte di Giustizia UE nel caso Mio/Konektra e del recast della Direttiva Design UE. \nIl programma si articola in tre tavole rotonde\, pensate per offrire prospettive complementari su un tema di crescente rilevanza giuridica ed economica. \nLa prima\, moderata da Emanuela Bianco (Saglietti Bianco)\, con Eleonora Rosati (Università di Stoccolma) e Michael Ritscher (MLL Legal Ltd)\, sarà dedicata all’inquadramento normativo e giurisprudenziale. \nSeguirà un confronto in chiave comparata tra Italia\, Paesi Bassi e Germania\, moderato da Giovanni Casucci (GA Alliance)\, con Giovanni Guglielmetti (BonelliErede)\, Tobias Cohen Jeoram (De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek) e Henning Hartwig (Bardehle Pagenberg). \nA chiudere i lavori\, uno sguardo direttamente dal mondo delle imprese.
