How to litigate in the UPC ? Etc.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong><u>second session<\/u> (28 March)<\/strong>, implications of the UPC on existing and future licensing deals will be addressed from a practical viewpoint: which typical patent license clauses needs attention?
