The discussion will address the evidence collection tools available in the major jurisdictions\, the related operational risks\, and the key strategic considerations\, offering a practical overview for multi-jurisdictional litigation. \nFollowing an introduction to the main legal and technical aspects of the Italian “descrizione” proceedings under Article 129 of the Italian Industrial Property Code\, the event will compare the evidence collection and preservation systems currently adopted in France\, Germany\, the United States\, and the UPC.
